Default What would be a good asking price??

The car is an 05 Platnium/Ebony Sunroof with 5868 miles on it and has a bunch of mods.
Here is most of them off the top of my head;

B&B Longtube headers and high flow cats
B&B 3" resonator and x-pipe cat back
Lingenfelter CAI
StealthV power tune
StealthV Fuel rail covers
BMR AWK
BMR Toe rods
BMR Trailing arms
FG2 shocks
Wildwheel lowering kit
Lasstss billet interior pieces and shifter ****
UUC short shifter
3m clear bra
Tinted windows
A few other mods I am forgetting, but that covers it pretty good.
Also the Battery, Differential, and the clutch were Dealer replaced at 4869 miles under warranty.
Anyway, my car is paid off so I don't have to cover a certain price but I also don't want to take it in the a$$ either..
I was earlier thinking 40k stock and 43k with all mods, but now I know this is to high after doing some reading... Anyone in the New England area looking, all offers will be considered.
Also what do you guys think is a fair or good price to ask if I do decide to sell it for sure??
Thanks,
Bill

Maybe 35-37K with or without the mods. I hate the fact these cars lost alot of value after the GM offered their incentives!

Mods do not usually add any value to a car, usually the opposite. If I were looking for a V, I'd research it...see all the rear-end issues...and walk from ANY mods to a car. The only V I'd buy used would be from an old man...with much tread on the rear tires...not an easy find!
Really, good luck, but you'll need to find the right buyer who'll appreciate the work you've done to the car. Great mod list, wish it was my list....

I would consider that purchase if and only if it came with 3 spare rear differentials.

umm...i have thought about this more than a few times for the last 7k miles and i would tell you not to sell it... lets see how far the rear end issue goes and the one being fabbed by madman and than make a decision...
