Default 6.0 LS2 s10

I got to hang out with Stewart and record his passes, third pass hooked, finally. Too bad we couldn't have got more. Sorry the video is blurry:

thanks for the vid zane.

track prep was great. the pickup just didn't want to hook. these 275/60-15 drag radials seem to be a little more pickey to suspension. the first track outing i couldn't break a tire in the water box. tonight it scated all over the place on the first 2 passes. it's the trucks 2nd time to the track. i'm happy.

zane fixed everything. when I wasn't looking he fabbed up some custom race stripes across the roof of the truck with electrical tape. he assured me that it would hook with racing stripes. all be god damn if it didn't hook the next pass!

all I wanted was a 7.0@100. I ended that pass with a 6.86@101. i was hoping to get to work on the tune tonight. all i got to do was work on suspension. one of these days i'll get to play with fuel and timing. it's on a baseline tune still

Nice work, good for a 10.7 pretty comfortably I would say! Did you end up fly-cutting to get your cam to clear?

Damn, and I have been wasting money on drag radials. Where do I get this magic tape that you speak of?

still on the baseline tune that i started the truck with for the first time. 31* at WOT. i still havent had a chance to give it more/less to see how it does. with my heads i think it will do better with a little more. i can still lean it out a little too i think. i dont plan to change anything without a drag strip though...and no clue when i can get back to the strip.
