Default Has anyone got a Super victor 2826 yet?

Did they ever deliver a first batch like they did the 4500 carb super victor 2821? Summit shows the 2821 in stock but like everyone else I don't have room for a adapter.

Any leads to someplace having them in stock?

The 2826 is the 4150 super victor.

Mine's been on order since late May/early June (I forget it's been so long)

My shop finally got a call yesterday that mine is being shipped today and is one of 30 they are shipping. Supposedly no one has them in stock, all will drop ship from Edelbrock for now.

We got the advertisement this week too, I'm hoping it means they're gonna have plenty available

Thanks for the heads up. I really want to know more about their test engine.

The Super Victor LS3 manifold is designed for Gen IV LS engines equipped with LS3/L92 cylinder heads. It's ideal for any large displacement, 700+ hp, racing engine, running an carbureted system. When tested on the new 410 c.i.d. engine, the Super Victor LS# prototype made 750 hp @ 7,500 rpm for an improvement of 24 hp over the competitors.

I wonder what the competitor intakes were?

If everything goes smoothly tomorrow I will be testing the Super Vic and Vic Jr back to back at the track.

Got a few more things to get loaded and ready. Plan is motor and nitrous testing but not sure we'll have enough time for all

When I ran without the hood the Super Vic ran better, but the DA was a lot better. I think the carb is just too close to the hood with the Super on there. I will post those slips as well

You know if you would have added that to your 6 liter and not picked up, I would not have been surprised at all. However, on a 400+" engine, I thought you would see a tenth out of it.

What RPM do you turn? How much converter? & how much cam?

7400 RPM

Cam and converter were done for nitrous though.

Cam is 247/263 .657/.632 112+6

Converter flashes to 4500

Engine makes peak torque at 6200 on the chassis dyno

Take a listen to this pass. Almost sounds like it lugs at first. I'm assuming from the converter being so tight. I may switch to a looser one after this next race.

LOL at the hatch coming open.

I would think that 400" at 7400 RPM would like that manifold. Guess not.
