Default My "other" 89 RS

This one is T tops and the hard top is under construction. I bought this car for 800$ with a seized trans, fixed it for 180$ with a spare parts T5 and converted it to carb since the 305 TBI didnt want to act worth a sheot. Still needs a windshield, but now it is pretty much ready for DD duty.

The day i bought it:

The wheels i traded a trans for:

Ground down:

Primed:

Shot:

Finished coat:

Topping on the cake:

Nearly finished:

If anyone gives a ****, i will post finished pics with the grille and all the lights in.

Z

PS, this paint was 27$, not perfect but i am pleased.

Thanks man, the black really made it, without it she was boring. I still have some finishing to do after the black sets.

I'd probably paint the headlight pockets black, too.

Not bad for $27.

Well, got the new windshield in it yesterday, now it looks good from that aspect as well as having trim around the windshield now

the paint is from Tractor supply and the headlight pockets are on the to do list.
