4th gen tow hooks
I own a '99 Camaro SS, and would like to install tow hooks (track use). I've been through all the threads I can find related to tow hooks, dozens of pages from searching the Internet, but I can't find any useful information on this.
Does anyone know of a tow hooks (front/back) that fit our car? If not, any suggestions on a generic hook and mounting options?
Thanks.

great idea! never thought of that. neither did the ******* whole tied down my 98SS w/ 17,800 miles and ripped out the factory underbody eyelets that are supposed to be used for chassis alignment.

For posterity's sake:
I had this unit welded to the outside of the frame rail on the drivers side.

if you have the filler panel in the bumper you can cut out behind it and cut the foam then weld a hook or some bent bar to the impact bar. when you need the hook remove the panel when you dont need it push the panel back on
