Default Is the price right?

It's an 2001 Camaro SS, M6, 61k, miles. It has a cracked front bumper. The CD player is partially hanging and needs to be secured down. The driver window has a number scratched into it. Rock chips on the hood. Semi faded paint, swirly marks.

During the test "ride" cause I wasn't under the insurance. He flogged the **** out of it in 2nd gear bouncing off the rev limited two times. And did a mini power slide.

His asking price is 14k firm. How much is this worth? Or should I avoid it all together? I was thinking offering 10.5k. It books at 11.4k in fair condition.

$14,000 sounds right for a 2001 SS with low miles in perfect condition. I have a low mile 2002 SS in just about perfect condition, stock, kept in a garage for 4 years, never been driven hard and I'm going to ask for $18,000 for it.

I'd be afraid of it because of the way he treated it during the test drive. You don't do that kind of stuff for the first time with a potential buyer in the car, he knew what he was doing.

The price though isn't bad, mine is at 16K firm but mine has a lot more money into it.
