I didn't see any pictures of the motor in the frame in your collection to see what the clearnces are, but if your interested in using manifolds, the 2010 Camaro manifolds fit pretty close to the block and the flow decently

I'd look at www.sandersonheaders.com but I haven't used any of their LSx stuff. Great quality on gen1 sbc headers, though, and tight fitting.

If there is not a solution that fits your needs already available then you could use these guys..
http://www.stainlessheaders.com/customheaders
Not cheap when you consider the cost of off the shelf headers but when you start to investigate what it costs to have custom headers made in just mild steel you will agree that this is a good deal for a custom stainless header..
I used them because I wanted a stainless header that would work with my column shift SS but also had other provisions that I wanted.. Plug clearance..Bolt on collectors, Ease of install/removal...O2bungs
Again..not anywhere near as cheap as an off the shelf solution but If you come up empty they are awesome people to work with and they nailed my design the first time..

Pugz, I used the Sanderson block hugger headers for my swap because they tucked in the tightest according to all the specs I found. Here is a post with pics of my Sandersons. Hope this helps.
