Small update of sorts. Truck's back on the road for the summer, got my wideband gauge and new radiator install completed.
Turns out they don't make gauge pods for 03 S10's and the pillar covers are actually different, so I had bought one for a 94-02 S10 and figured that out the hardway. Little heat and persuasion and she fits mint!

lol thanks for the comments on my intake guys. The fans do a great job of keeping the truck cool both on the street and at track events, they've worked well for how cheap they were haha.

No, electrolysis wasn't an issue. It was how I mounted the radiator, solid to the core support so it was flexing with the chassis and cracked a tube. Live and learn. I went with the Griffin unit because I didn't have a great experience with Superior Radiator.
Small update too...new wheels
17x8 SLP ZR1's. Super hard to find now that they aren't made anymore. Been looking for a set for years, finally found them locally on Craigslist for $450 with practically new tires.

L33 is really a great motor, I want to do heads/cam next but money's non existent. I had a set of the two piston blazer brakes and spindles on it but its running factory S10 brakes right now. Just some blank rotors from napa and hawk pads have worked great for me for daily driving and autocross duty. Definitely notice some brake fade on some of the larger and faster autocross courses but they do the job. And brake parts are cheap. The springs in the front are DJM 3" drop springs, DJM doesn't specify for 4/6 cyl like belltech does so no clue what the spring rate might be.

Great weekend racing at the goodguys show. Truck did really well and had no problems, over 400 miles of driving and 2 hard days of autocross racing without a hiccup. And I averaged 24 MPG! Weather sucked on Friday as rain poured down and the course was closed, but Saturday and Sunday were beautiful.
I ended up taking home 1st place in the truck class, here I am lining up for a photo next to the banner...
In the winner circle waiting for the awards ceremony...
I've got some video from the weekend to work on that will be posted once I get a chance to do some editing.

Thanks man! Yeah I was pretty busy after that last run filling out paper work and had to line up for the photo and get the truck over to the winners circle.
