Electrical gauge options

Electrical gauge options
I bought a Florida 5.0 cluster housing, couldn't afford gauges but now I have some money and want to see some options that are affordable and functional.
Need water temp, oil pressure, volts, fuel for food mustang in 2-1/6
Electric speedo and tach 3-3/8. Oil pressure is the only mechanical gauge.
So what kinda options do I have here?

Because I was going with the camaro cluster at first, was told truck oil pressure sensor wouldn't work with the cluster. So I used the mechanical gauge and line that was already in the car when I bought it. Bought the adapter and ran the line. Oil pressure gauge works fine. That's the reason for using a mechanical oil pressure gauge.
Now I have 4 of the gauges I need and they all match but the 3-3/8 version of the speedo is mechanical only.
I have the equus gauges, I like them and I want to use the matching tach and speedo but I don't know how to convert it to electrical. Cable x I heard was good but for 300 ouch. But will it work fine with the mechanical speedo from equus?.
The speedo and tach are just under 100 each, if cable x is 300 that means I'm back at the 500 mark. I could buy a damn near complete 6 gauge set from new vintage. Any opinions or ideas?

Will the equus 8086 tach work on the ls series motors because it says may not work on coil on plug motors.
