Default What Throttle Cable For Fox Body?

What throttle cable and bracket are folks using for stock intakes? See mention of the stock Mustang cable and need to know which model works and looks best. If possible please post pics of the TB and bracket connection. TIA.

My 93 used the stock 5.0 cable. I spaced the stock GM bracket over 3/4 in, and removed the outer cable hole.

stock 93 mustang cable here with the tit on the throttle body grinded down where the cable snaps onto and the cable bracket holes elongated to make it open the throttle blade all the way where it bolts to the intake

Thanks for the feedback. Went looking for a stock 5.0 cable and came up with blanks. I actually prefer the cleaner look of the cable with the stud on the end over the snap-on type with the spring. Picked one up off a Taurus and working on minor mods to make it fit.

yeah. what i did was take the plastic clip that holds the little ball in place off a DSM gas pedal i had laying around. its pretty self explanatory once you get into it.

I used the universal lokar 36" throttle cable. Had to do some modifications to it to get it to fit perfectly though. After cutting it to length the throttle opens 100%. I took pictures and everything as to what modifications I made to it if anyone is interested. There is also a guy on youtube who made a video for the conversion using the lokar cable, which I found pretty helpful.
