Default 5.3 in my 1967 Camaro, my first swap myself. going to be asking quite a few questions

So im swapping in a 02 truck 5.3(or might be a 4.8) in my 67 Camaro

heres basically what I have.. i want to use the most of what I have but still want the relocated vette style low alternator look.. rather than this periscope truck alternator.

the camaro wont have AC and its questionable if I will run powersteering..

which kit is best?

ive been looking at these..

http://paceperformance.com/i-9609159...drive-kit.html

and

http://paceperformance.com/i-6485405...7-engines.html

and

http://paceperformance.com/i-9609165...drive-kit.html

im not sure which one I can use and still keep the waterpump and harmonic balancer I have.. which is the stock truck one..

what do you guys recommend?

thank you very much!!!

UPDATE..

heres my dilemma.

I HAVE an LS7 waterpump... and still need an accessory drive.. but Im not going to have AC so which kit above would work better with the LS7 waterpump?

or will the LS7 waterpup even work with the gen3 5.3 at all??

THANKS!!!!

The Vette setup is about 1.5" closer than a Truck setup.. so....

Take a look at Street and Perfmance site, they have many setups and brackets. (costly tho...)

or

look at the Kwik Performance brackets, Much better on price.

get the stock setup for the corvette. you will have less problems getting parts later if you need them.

sell your truck parts to offset the corvette setup.

I would suggest look into the Holley bracket kit too. I just finished up my setup with the holley power steering / alternator bracket and it looks just like the vette setups. You just need to get the right spacer kit to match up with your existing.

Ill check those out!

Im trying to keep it relatively on the cheap though..

A friend of mine offered a vette drive for 725.. i think thats without the pump and balancer though.
