Stock tank with a stock 5.3 and a Walbro 255 pump. I will be having my spare tank sumped shortly because I am having starvation issues already when I get down around 1/2 tank.

I just ordered the aeromotive 340lph in tank pump and -6 feed and return lines. Starting with a stock 5.3 and stock tank, will see how it goes. Planning on a cam shortly after first firing and test runs.

So no one is using the stock lines? Is there an adapter from Earls or Aeromotive to go from the stock lines to a C5 reg? I'm LS swapping a 86 Thunderbird that had a 3.8 with EFI I'm sure the pump is a 90 lph so I know a 255 is needed but if I can save a few bucks but not running new lines that would be awesome.

I believe the stock lines are 5/16" feed and 1/4" return, you could probably get an adapter for the feed line but would have to hose clamp the return, and also don't know how much the lines flow...

Jegs 20 Gallon fuel cell with Sump.
fits in the Spare tire well with minor(hit it with a hammer) modifications to the spare tire area.
Holley EFI 12-1800 Fuel Pump
mounted on the bumper
pre filter, post filter, shut off valve so I can disconnect the tank without having to drain it.
dual 10an out of the tank, to single 12an into the pump
10an out of the pump to the front of the car.
split off with a 10x8x8 Y and hits both rails with an 8an
then out of the rails with an 8an to the regulator...8an return to the tank.

With the nitrous I had a stock 94 tank with a simple fuel pick up tube installed in place of the stock pump. Holley single pump pulling through that pick up, -8 feed, stock feed line as a return line, Holley regulator.
With the turbo I switched to an 04 tank I had with a welded in sump, -10 feed to a Holley double pump, -8 return, big Mangafuel regulator.
