Default alternator relocation bracket

Putting a lq4 in a 76 camaro drag car using an electric water pump only want to drive alternator. Want to put alternator down low.

have a alt. bracket from a 09 pontiac g8 gt
puts if low on the passenger side
check gm parts direct for diagram for placement
or look at pictures of an L76 engine

Do a search. There are a couple companies that make a low drivers side adjustable bracket for alt only.

On a 4th gen F-body it will but I can't guarantee fitment with your setup since I have no clue how you are setting the steering up on the car. If you had the motor installed in the car along with the steering component I could tell you whether it would work with some measurements.

I was able to get mine to work with 4th gen factory alt brackets in low drivers location. Was tight but it fit. Thats is with 1 inch set back plates too. But, im pretty sure you have front steer so may not work for u. And you can drill and tap your block to fit that bmr bracket and/or factory 4th gen setup.
