Default Just another ls foxbody.

Im building a 1989 fox hatch. Had a sbc in it but am almost done building a lq4 for it.

lq4 .030 over
stock crank
compstar rods 6.125
Je dome pistons make it 13.2 to 1 compression
PRC Ls3 ported heads
Cammotion hydraulic roller cam. cant remember specs right now
Morel high rpm rollers
super vic intake
jim evans 750 carb 112 sunoco fuel
dynatech 1 7/8 headers
Glide
PTC 8" convertor around 5000 stall
28 10.50 tire 2750 lb race ready

Hoping for 625 hp and 9s

It works. Fit pretty good. Have to run coil overs with it though. Other then that its great

2009 silverado 6.0 pan. Hangs down about 1 1/2" below k member. As long as the wheels stay on the gound Ill be fine>

Cool! Flywheel or rear wheel? What kind of fuel are you using? What are the cam specs?

Looks good.

I think the converter is at least 1000 to tight. I would try to get it 6400 and shift at 7500 thru the traps over that.

What weight. If 3000 it should go 9's but the converter will be holding it back.

Converter is at the shop as we speak. Im sure its gonna end up higher then what I thought, After dyno Im thinking the same as you.
Car is only 2750 with me in it. Maybe 2800 with new setup. Should make for an easy 9s
