Default Mount advice please! 5.3 into PA Racing K member

Hey guys what mounts do I need to go with in swapping a 03 tahoe 5.3 into a PA Racing LS k member? This K member just has a U shaped bracket with a long bolt going through it. As im looking at the stock 5.3 motor mounts they look nothing like this.

If you're in the market for solid mounts we manufacture solid aluminum mounts for the LS engine that would work for your application.

If you need any info please feel free to contact me.

Late model F-Body (98-02) motor mounts will work. Most of our customers will use the factory motor mount clamshells along with the Prothane or Energy Suspension polyurethane inserts. If you don't mind a bit of added vibration into the car you can go with a set of solid motor mounts and there are a handful of manufactures out there that do them.

Thank you guys so much for your input. Im really lovin those solid motor mounts. What would be better for a 5.3 nitrous? The solid aluminum or bushing ones?

Honestly you would be fine either way. The solid mounts will offer slightly more engine movement control but is only minimal over the poly motor mounts. The solid motor mounts will transfer more NVH into the car. I have guy making a ton of power with poly mounts and the same with solid.
