Any of the good turbo cat back exhausts would be good. They're all 3" or over, so its about the same as an aftermarket f-body exhaust in size.

The Apex'i GT Spec is 3" to the resonator, but after the resonator, it jumps to 95mm (~3.75 inches) the rest of the way.

What I'm using...sounds great.

not an S14 but on my FC3S rx7 I run dual 2.5" with summit racing shorty glasspack resonators on each side after an Xpipe crossover under the driveshaft, then out to the back of the car with more 2.5" pipes, no other mufflers and it sounds great, actually pretty quiet inside the car and it was very inexpensive to fab it up with a friend who welds.

running a custom dual 3" inlet/ single 4" out muffler and a race 4" muffler at the rear. If I was to use a catback, it would have been the Apexi GT spec.

I wanna run hinson headers.... 3 inch y pipe to an electric cut out then just run 3 inch pipe back and 2 quiet mufflers.. gonna try to incorporate the stock muffler for the sleeper look.

According to a member on here, all you need to do is mill the GTO headers and they fit. I'm debating if I just want to fab some long tubes myself.
