Default Havent been on here in a while... Update of my LS1 240sx

Been way too long since I've been on here. Work and women are killing me

Anyway here are some updated pics. If you went to Autorama Detroit in March, my car was in the basement.

Ready to tub it!

New backhalf project.

15x10 Weld Prostars 325/50R15 MT ET Streets

Tires - M/T ET Streets 325/50R15

Tubs cut out, the roll cage is really one shade, it just got pulled in from the Artic temps last winter so its kinda froze

Its was closin time at the shop so the wheels kinda got foggy too. Some paper to show you a comparison of the dish.

Awsome, are you putting the battery in the right rear? Looks like a nice spot for the battery box. Looks awsome. Did you take it to the track beofre you started the snail fab?

Wow.. Figured you woulda popped that 10B pumpkin by now.. But I guess the back-half/4-link keeps stuff from flexing too much.

Nice follow up!

Thanks guys, I havent posted updates in a LONG time, so I figured now would be a good time since i am beginning to mock up my single turbo kit.

As it currently sits:

LS1/T-56 - 420 WHP
Ported Heads, Patriot valve springs retainers
Weiand intake
Futural F14 Cam
Refreshed stock bottom, flycut pistons
Lingenfelter Ported oil pump LS2 timing chain
Stage 2 T-56, Viper 3-4 shift fork, billet keys, Carbon Synchros
3" Aluminum driveshaft
Backhalf, 4 link, Ford 8.8 narrowed, QA1 Coils, Strange 31 spline axles, TruTrac
Weld 15x10 wheels, 325/50R15 MT Street Radials, Skinnies front
More I can't remember off the top of my head...

Here are pictures:

Sorry for crappy pics Droid X pics...

Boost plan:
8PSI on this motor, Forged 4xxci iron block in the future
T76 - The one pictured is for mock up, its a Ebay GT45
2.5 cross over w flex pipe and V bands merged to a T4 flange
3.5 Downpipe, Vband
4" intercooler w/ 3" IC piping
Tial 44mm Wastegate
Tial 50mm BOV
Big fuel system to support about 1000whp when the time comes...

Goal is to make a more street friendly 600hp cruiser. Tired of it being super loud, with no power steering and poopy handling. The rear end had been backhalfed but changes in the front end will go a long way.

Here's some progress, sorry for the horrible pics once again. I've finished making the turbo bracket that will be a frame mount setup. The great idea came from a TT V10 Sniper build on another forum, where he fabbed a bracket welded to the T4 flange which bolted to the frame.
