The zo6ti sounds good with no cats and headers imo. And you might lose a couple horsepower from running the zo6ti but nothing significant plus the zo6 exhaust isnt too loud.

Stay with the Ti. That's my .02. I ditched my straight pipes a while ago and haven't missed it sense... well... not true as sometimes setting off car alarms is nice, but way obno.

The Ti exhaust is rather stealthy, I've had better looks with it than the straights.

My opinion, keep the TI's and ditch the cats. I ran my 10.66 with the mufflers in place. They are quiet on the x-way and loud as hell on WOT.

Ti's are currently the lightest system too. Even lighter than bullets.

They have a classy sound, there's a reason he wants to trade.

Keep the Ti's. They sound good and the only way the magnaflows are going to make any more power to the ground is if you're already making 500 to the wheels. LOL

The Ti exhaust flows really well to begin with. It's hard to beat them unless you've got a 3" exhaust system all the way from the headers. If you've got 2.5" inch anywhere before the mufflers, than don't waste your money on magnaflows. You won't notice a difference in power at all.
