99 Heads on my 00' Vette? (Dumb question)
Ok don't flame me but I found a deal on 99' heads with the PRC dual valvespring/hardened pushrod combo for sale for dirt cheap. I just wanted to make sure that this WILL in fact fit on my 00' Vette with no problems.

I wouldn't do it man. It will fit but...honestly,...unless your board outta your mind, I wouldn't waste your time.
Better off, saving up a few bucks, and buying a set of patriot heads. ATleast then, you'll see some increase in power.
or do a cam only,..and some 918's.

I bought a cam, it's sitting in the garage. I am buying the heads because they come with the upgraded valvetrain. They are 150 dollars + 20 bucks shipping. How the hell am I gonna beat that price?

How about not taking your heads off and just transferring the springs...???

right?!.....such a pain in the *** for no real gain. Just couldn't bring myself to do it. Now, if it was LS6 or better heads,..sure.
I understand man, if your on a budget but, honestly, your better off saving your money, and doing it right. Later, when it's all said and done, you be really glad you did.

I could just install the springs/pushrods/etc into my heads. Regardless it would be cheaper than buying brand new springs/retainers/pushrods/etc. Also I would need a spring compressor tool (extra money). The labor doesn't scare me in the least. I have the paid time off scheduled to do this. I don't want a heads/cam set-up. No offense to anyone but bolt-ons/cam/tune/nitrous will be more than enough for me at this point.
