Yeah I would like to get an aftermarket tach and mount it. I do not want to have to drill into my dashboard though. Any suggestions or pics of this being done before?

All you should need is a shift light. The car already has a good tach.

I dont think the stock tach is very accurate. The dashboard is expensive so if later down the road I want to remove the tach I dont want some holes in my dash. Any suggestions?

Are you serious? Do you realize how obstructive that would be?

Might could ziptie it to the rearview mirror.

Don't do it bro. Those things are for 85 Monte Carlo's with a raccoon tail hanging from the rearview.

Agreed, dont do it. If you must, just buy another a-pillar and use it. It will most def look stupid though.

best idea yet. i'm wasn't trying to get on your bad side. theres just no point in putting a big tach in these cars. the factory one is good enough. and yes, it is accurate

shift lites are better anyways, they are very consistent. Just set it about 200 rpm before you want to shift, and react to it.
