Not sure about the tune but let her breath....CAI first and work your way thru to the catback (i.e LS6 inatke manifold and LT's). I wouldn't get a tune just yet. Wait for a worth while mod like Long Tube headers. Congrats on the ride.

Figure out your ultimate power goals before you spend a single cent on mods.

How much power do you want in the long run? What type of driving will you use the car for? We can give you much better advice with this info.

Sounds like you're not wanting to get crazy with the power here, but I would definitely try to have a goal...350-450rwhp or 500+ rwhp. If it's in the 350 - 400 rwhp range that you're looking for, I'd consider the above options (intake, exhaust including long tube headers, LS6 upgrade etc) +/- H/C and a good tune of course. That should get you some pretty decent HP gains. If you're looking for 450-500+ then I'd consider some type of forced induction. You can make great power with a monster cam, but for some people, the drivability isn't comfortable.

Lots of different options out there, just do a little research and find a goal that is compatable with your lifestyle, and begin.

Of course, there's always the quick, simple, cheap, and very effective: NOS

Good luck with your build up, however you decide. However, we still want pics!

Get some shot's of that exhaust, it looks aftermarket, at least the tips do. You may have gotten one with some mods The '98 i bought had B&B catback and a Carbon Fiber dual cone intake when i bought it now it's onto the LS6 intake, headers, and some maintinance. We need some DAYLIGHT pics though too. Looks like Navy Blue Metallic

that's a beauty. Standard mods are as above....intake, LS6 manifold, headers, catback, and then a tune. Several of the site sponsors are Houston based tuners...check them out.
