tell your bro you'll race him from a dig in his top gear from 30mph or so 
. I have a strange feeling you'd be miles ahead before he tops out.. literally 
. Evo's seem to be good out of the hole but most evos that i see running at the tracks barely break 14's. dunno why though.

it's hard to beat AWD off the line with a lot of HP and stock tires, here's a pic of my car with my sons modded EVO. It takes me a couple hundred feet to catch him but after that he's toast.

I've had my *** handed to me by an evo... My buddy in IA just recently bought a white 8. He pulled me outta the hole so bad i couldn't believe... I started reeling in on him but i needed more power to make up that difference... STicky tires would have changed the race... but what do you do... with the few mods he has he around the mid 12's.
Top gear compared the new evo's to a Lambo in one of their shows.. THe evo came out on top.
