Default Low-profile jack?

What's a good low-profile jack that can be recommended to use on a Corvette?

Thanks,

Grant

I just bought one of these at Pepboys and looks the same! Works great on rear and sides but will not fit under frt of car. Was $99 on sale.

Omega low profile jack is super low. It is long enough to go straight up the front of the car and hit the crossmember.

I have one from Harbor Freight also, but I have the one listed at 149.99. I have a c5 lowered on factory bolts. It fits under the car and seems to have a longer reach (body to go under the car further) than some of the others. This jack feels better than my Craftsman Pro model (which doesn't fit under the car by the way).

I have been using the cheap Harbor Freight jack for over 2 years. Great jack for the price.

Do any of these leak down in less than may an hour or so when under the car? I've had that problem with a couple jacks in the past.

I have not experienced any leak down with the Omega jack. It is a nice sturdy piece. Definitely not a jack you are getting to take to the track. It is more of a shop jack.

Cornwell Tools sells one called the"Blue Monster" that works well on lowered cars.
