New PB tonight, finally busted into the 10's went to South Georgia Motorsports Park on sunday, full bottle in the car hoping to break into the 10's for the first time
drove 100 miles each way to the track today with the girlfriend, four wheels and tires, tool box, and a jack in the car and clicked off a new best
60': 1.561
1/8: 6.885 @ 100.37
1/4: 10.746 @ 128.20
im pretty damn happy man!!! car left ok, little rough and bounced around a little but at the end of the track i told myself if that didnt hit tens it wasnt gonna happen cause that was the fastest the car has ever been. i was shocked when i got the slip, i would have been happy with a 10.9
car has old patriot 5.3's, F11 cam, mac headers and misc bolt ons, 9" with a locker and 4.30's, and a 75 shot. motor run right outta the gate was 11.56 @ 121.05

Congrats on making the 10s! You managed to dip down into them pretty well. Thats always a good feeling to accomplish a goal, and then to better it by a good margin is just icing on the cake.
How do you like the F11 cam? I've had a new one in the box for a couple of years and have been thinking about putting it along with some Stage 2 GTP LS6 heads on my 02 ZO6. Going with some good flowing heads and this relatively mild cam should make a pretty good streetable combo. You dont see a whole lot of people running the F11, most either smaller or quite a bit larger.

Congrats man, she should have more left based on the mph. Hadn't heard much from the white ride, was wondering when the last time you rung her out was.

not anytime soon with how well the car is running. plus the macs are modded and i seriously doubt the gains from lt's will be worth the cash since the car never sees low rpms at the track and 4.30's make up any difference on the street

Very nice. Exspecially with old parts and macs. I would up it to a 100shot once your done playing with the 75. Spray it into 5th. I had to a few times with 4.10's and a 26" tire.
