Default Stock 06 GTO A4 100 Shot

Finally got in a good pass tonight but have some questions. The car is a bone stock 06 Goat with a NX wet kit with br7ef plugs and it ran:
60 Ft-2.04
330 Ft-5.35
1/8Th-8.09
1/8 MPH-91
1/4 et-12.38
1/4 MPH-116
Car was on stock 16'' ta wheels on the back with 26 11.50 et street m/t's and stock 18's on the front. Seems to have quite a delay between shifts not sure if its torque management or what? I have the window switch set to come on at 3k rpm and off at 5800 rpm should I change those settings? I plan to get a tune soon and a stall to get this thing off the line quicker. My passes varied from 12.6's to mostly 12.4's and this 12.3 but no 60's any better.

Oh forgot to mention for some reason the car would go any faster than a 13.8@100 on motor which is weird because at this same track not too long ago it went 13.3s@105. Only changes were the nitrous and plugs which are bpr7efs should I go up a heat range for just the 100 shot?

i wouldn't have changed anything for that 100 shot.

picking up 16 mph in an a4 is a hard hitting 100.

Yeah it seemed to work well, Id love to know why the car seemed to run so lame on motor. Should I step up to a plug one step hotter? Don't quote me on this going off pure memory but I have a 52 on the nitrous jet and 28 on the fuel. Going to get tuned soon and hopefully help on the trans settings. It didn't seem to slip just a slight delay

Post up both motor slips so we can see all the differences. The 2.0x 60' on spray is quite lazy.

MPH looks good

60ft seems very soft even though you have a stock stall

delay?? hit limiter, window switch "off" set too low or TM

I would surely get a Base Tune and if you do not have a wideband dyno the car to verify A/F.

Yea the only a/f reading I got was on a motor run it was like 12.2 afr wot. The window switch is set to come in at 3k but it seemed like I was already 60 feet or more out before the nitrous hit. Should I set the switch a little lower to help with the stock stall?

To the OP, whats the stock tire height? 25" maybe? w/o me googling the crap out of my pc is the dr's u put on a shorter/taller tire height, if so then it makes sense that u havent tuned ur tranny w/ the different tire height..so its not reading speedo mesh w/rpms correctly like it should..kinda like doing a rear gear install and not having the trans tuned for it..so ur shift points can get messed up by a fraction...my .02

UPDATE:
Ran it again with the only change being dropping the activation of the nitrous from 3000rpm to 2500rpm and heres the results: I messed up my first nitrous pass but heres the two better ones
Lifted a little after launch because I heard something rubbing in the rear (ended up being plastic rear fenderliner)
60-1.84
330-5.12
1/8-7.84
MPH-90
1/4-12.13
MPH-115.66
Hotlapped on this one bottle pressure was down to about 850psi just trying to get one more pass in now that i know it was just plastic rubbing
60-1.76
330-5.01
1/8-7.73
MPH-89
1/4-12.04
MPH-115

Car is getting stainlessworks longtubes and a tune this week. Hopefully that'll put it solidly in the 11's.
