Here's a pick of the car. Car only has a air lid on it. Still has factory manifolds on it. Full suspension though. MWC 9" 4.30 gear, MWC front end kit. Viking DA coil overs up front, 350lbs springs, Afco DA rear shocks, UMI drag bar and all the other suspension stuff. M6 with mgw shifter, wore out spec clutch. Mickey Thompson Pro radial rears, m&h 28" bias fronts.

Thanks, I know its not the fastest car out there but I enjoy working on it and getting a decent result. Car has 105,000 miles on it but clean though, looked all spring and summer 3 yrs ago until I found a nice one lol.

That is a great looking car! Gotta love the HOSS cars, one of my favorite's for sure. Congrats on the runs too, should be a good mid 12 sec 1/4 mile pass. Sounds like you have some good upgrades to the suspension, now we just need some mo powa
I would love to find a nice HOSS like that, I'm jealous!

Lol thanks guys, its my favorite color too, also has white seats. It turns alot of heads wherever I go. Yeah I would've liked to squeeze a 7 in but didn't want to be too hard on it since I juss got that rearend in there two weeks ago. Drove it a 1hr-15minutes to the track and back. Yes I have a tsp ls7 thats going in after Christmas. That should help out a little lol.

Lol hell yea it should! They made a 427 02 SS before special edition however i highly doubt that engine and the ls7 are one in the same. But you could use it to see what kinda ET and trap you should be achieving. Just a thought.

Lol yeah actually I know someone local that has one of the berger 427 camaros. He juss takes it to car shows since its a rare car. Id love to have it. The 4.30s are great, I dont have a tune or longtubes and if I would've made a few more passes I know it would've went 7s bc I did a 1.69 60ft on one pass. My tires are the MT Pro Radials(275/60/15) 28" tall tire. They hooked great started at 21psi and went to 19. I would go through the trap about the perfect rpm. Id launch right under the factory rev limiter.

You never know, my buddy has went a 7.89 or 7.90, cant remember. He had 4.11s, tune, longtubes, ls6 intake, etc. M6 also on 26/11.5/16. He has some upgraded suspension pieces, budget built car. He went 7.23 this past weekend with a sns stage 2 cam, hand ported 799s. Its always been a impressive running car.

nice, I still am on 3.42s, some bald bfg radials(16s), heavy front wheels, stock suspension, ls1 intake, headers, true duals dumped, and frost tune, best run was like a 1.98 60 8.3 1/8th mile. Will be cammed by next season though, trying to stay easy on the 10 bolt so probably wont be buying really sticky tires for a while

oh and I either have air in my lines or my slaves taking a crap. Get locked out at high rpms still.. already have a tick master, clutch doesn't stick.. just hard to shift and clutch gets spongy. Have to pump it back up after I do my pre-stage burnout

Yeah it seems like anything under 4000 rpm mine will slip easy. The clutch dump and my 1-2 always fine (im sure its slipping some juss not noticeable) 2-3 I can never shift at a real high rpm and cant shift in that gear as fast so I definitely feel it slip then. I don't have a tick mc installed but I do have one. I have a McLeod twin disk to install this winter too but im not positive I can use the tick mc on it.
