Default Bolt on LS1 7.84 1/8 mile

02 Formula. Headers, tune, exhaust, 3400 stall, 275 NT05's on 17's and stock 3.23 gears. Ran 7.9-8.0 all night and had a couple 7.8 passes with a best of 7.84 with a 1.75 60'

Awesome job with those mods. What was your trap speed? Is this without a Lid or CAI?

That should be around 12.2-12.3 in the 1/4.

I just realize that your in Muscle Shoals. Where did you go?

I have an MTI lid on it. Yes I am. Trap speed was 87 I believe. I'll post the slip. I go out to North Alabama Dragway sometimes but my best there is an 8.2 I think. I ran that time last night at Jake's in Moulton. Jake's is where I get the best 60' times. Never been to a 1/4 mile track but I've been meaning to

I tried posting a picture of a couple slips but it won't let me lol. Best pass was 7.844 @ 88.40mph with a 1.734 60'. 330' was 5.062 and my RT was a 0.094

Our times and setups are very similar. I've only gone to Steele which is 1/4 mile but of course I can see my 1/8 mile times and speed. So, your more than likely 12.2-12.4. You can see my times from Friday night on this same page if your interested. https://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-raci...ixed-runs.html

Folks talk pretty poorly about Steele but I don't have any other track to compare it to.

I'll try to come out to Steele one night. That's weird because I've heard pretty good things about that track haha

I went to tnt night at Steele two or three weeks ago and the track was actually hooking pretty damn good. Normally it sucks. The end of the track is still rough though

Test and Tune have been the only nights I go. I've only been going about once a month. I've pulled some fairly consistent 1.70-1.71 60's at Steele in my low 12 second bolt on's car when I do my part and get a good 5-6 second burnout.

If either of you guys go sometime, shoot me a PM, It would be cool to meet some folks on here.

I've heard great things about Montgomery. In fact, the guys spoke so highly of it is the one that spoke poorly of Steele.

Glad to hear that! I just went to a 3800 and I love it. MWC SFC's are in the mail and 3.73's, heads, and cam are coming in the next few months. Hoping I can get lucky and break into the 6's this spring
