I'm sure there are people on here way more experience than I am, but I do know that with street tires you want to go around the water pit and when you do the burnout it doesn't have to be big. Just good enough to warm them up some, but mainly cleaning them off.
I just ran the other day doing that with about 22psi in my tires and hooked excellent. It really depends on the track prep as well though.

You are putting down a lot of power. Not sure if those street tires will hold. I would try 3/4 throotle out of the hole and then punching it and work up from there(and what flaming chicken told you to do). Did you get the tune checked yet? I know youbwere having some issues.

I figured out what I was doing wrong I ran it in OD and my tuner was telling me there is no stall lockup in OD so I would get out the the whole pretty decent but then the car would just level out. What I should of done is ran it in D so I went out on the street and played with it some from D and it seems to make a big difference so on wed or friday I am going to go to the track and see what kinda times I pull.

Also, with my car leaving in Od vs. D didnt seem to matter at all curious to see if it will really make a difference for you.

Nah, my stall wasnt tuned like that, it didnt lock up period, regardless of gear when at WOT. your not going to MPH enough to shift into 4th/OD in the 1/4 so i dont see why it would matter even if it was tuned to lock up as it would never be in 4th anyways. maybe im not understanding something ?
