I dont know how much stock carpet without sound deading weighs, but what i have in my car should be about 7 or 8 lbs.

You buy it buy the yrd. It depends how far you want to go. If you want to do the entire car, 5 yrs and you will be good. If you are just going to flat area behind seats, i believe people go with 4 yrds.

I bought 5 yrds, and had plenty.

My stock carpet was in the 60lb range, but the sound deadening stuff had a lot of water in it also.

I need someone to redo my carpet

I got in a rush for Pinks All Out and it looks like **** and the 3M adhesive isn't worth a **** once it got hot in the car.

Thanks man, I'll probably go with five just to keep the options open.

Yes that's it.

If you're in the CT area I've done this a bunch of times, it's pretty easy to do. Demonic, it's about 1/4 the weight of stripped stock carpet by the time you get the plastic off the 5 yards, and get done trimming it.
