Default Front impact bar removal question

I want to remove the heavy front impact bar but what can i put to keep bumper stiff and keep it from sagging

burkart sells a front "cage" to reinforce the bumper and im sure its made out of lighterweight CM but id bet it would basically offset the weight removal of the impact stuff

I'm wanting to say it is still like 10-15lbs lighter.... not soo sure its worth it but you can still use fog lights... every pound lost is still an improvement

ohhh das looks really nice... thats the first installed pics I've seen of it. I gots to have it!

did you get any weights on it?

It's a little less then 1/2 what the factory support weigh's. I bought one of the first ones they did a couple years ago. it's worked out great, keeps the nice and solid, no movement at 140+

Agreed, plus there are some other benefits that support gives and IMO I am willing to wager that the car can take a hit still. When JL is done with his, I get to put it my car.

How much does that frame sells for and who sells them ? I'm interested in removing my front bumper support.

Aluminum angle in the front of my car for support.Total weight including bolts maybe 2lbs.You just need to be a little creative IMOP.
