Default Best front runner to run? Anyone running a 27 inch front runner

What is the best front runner? If you run a slick
What is the best front runner if you run a DR on the back.?

Was wondering to. My cars ride height is 26 inch tall in the front of the car thats the front fender to the ground. My rear is 28 1/4 in the rear I was told that you want your car as even as possible for a drag set up?

I run a 28 x 10.50x15 the front I fun a 15inch skinny. I usually run a 26inch tall skinny was wondering if I could run a 27inch front and reduce some of the rake?

Yes, it will raise the front end up. I was running a 28" front tire went to a 27" and noticed that the front end dropped as expected.
If you are looking for looks put a bigger tire on the front.

When the car is going down the track is where you want the car to be level. To high in the front compared to rear could cause issues IMO at high speed. The front end is going to be extended up during the run down the track compared when it's setting still, so with the taller tire on the front the front end is going to be higher.

You can reduce rake with your suspension as well as with a taller tire.
If you use a higher rate spring that will bring front end up or a better way is to crank up that spring you have to raise the front and at same time give yourself more stored energy in the spring for weight transfer.
Now if you go with a taller tire will you have to take tension out of that front spring to level out the car (and give yourself less stored energy) and possible f up your sh*t?
You will ET little quicker with a taller front tire-which is nice.
Post a pic of the car as it sits.

I dont think there is anything wrong the rake on that car. Mine was more than that. Stance is nice-real nice-car looks great!
3700 lbs huh?
315 springs-I assume iron block with the 408. Heavy stock hood.
What is you 60'? Any vids of the launch?
You're getting wheels up in your sig pic, is that typical of your launches?
What tires you have back there?

I researched runners alot before I pulled the trigger. I settled on the ET fronts. Higher load rating than DS2's or Hoosier.
