I doubt they will work for you. If you want to stay on 16" wheels the 11.5 MIGHT get you closer but i think you will still hit the limiter right before the lights. I run 15x8 draglites with 26x10 ET Drags and that gives me a 27.4 inch tire height at 118 mph through the 1/4 and slightly higher after 118 mph. I'm running my revlimiter at 6900 rpms and cross around 6500-6600 rpms,if the DA is killer i think that 121+ will be around 6800 rpms crossing.

4.10's are really fun on the street unfortunatly they arent the best for 1/4 you can run them if you use a 28'' tire so it all depends on what you want to do. I used them with my drag radials and I was turning about 6500, I changed because I could never hook.

No 28'' doesn't fit you have trim a little bit but its not too bad. And yes Jegs sell the 28'' ET Street for 16's

Uh, yes they will work! I had the same set up with a yank 4400 and 26x9x15 Hoosier Drags. I was crossing the traps at 6100 rpm with the converter locked. Sounds perfect to me.

With 26.0" overall diameter tires/slicks and 4.10 gears and a locked converter you can go 117 mph at 6200 rpm. If you think you will be trapping higher than that, get a slightly larger tire. That's my opinion on what you should do. I think the 4.10's are the way to go unless you plan on spraying.

I agree - the 4.10's will work very well with your cam and converter. Raise the rev limiter and have fun If you're worried about trapping too high at the track, go to a taller tire. If you enjoy the 4.10's on the street, why change them just because of the track? I assume your car spends more time on the street than at the track.

How are you calculating your numbers? I have 15x8.5 Convo Pros w/ 26x11.5x15 Quick Time Pros, so what would my tire diameter be? Hoosier's web site says 26.4 inches.

Go with a 27" Hoosier QTP. I haven't ran it yet but I just got 4.11's with my TCI 4400. I had 3.73's with 26" ET Drags last year. I will be hitting the track in two weeks. I will post back.

hoosier don't make 16" slicks???? sounds like my 410's with my et 26*10.5's will work, don't want to up rev limiter as stock bottom end.think i will bolt on these slicks and go do some runs for the first time out with the et's.gotta learn how to flash the little vig tc . thks all , time to burn a rubber tree!!!!
