Default 03 Cobra runs 9.47@142 (video w/timeslip)

Wow this is my first post, long time viewer, first time poster!
I have no F-body, but im an LS1 fan, so hi all

I highly doubt this guy is still running his stock IRS haha.
Cams from the sound of it.
Stock heads/intake and bottom end.
Can someone clarify this, but does that say he pulled a 1.2 60' on the timeslip!?! cause if so, whoa.. heheh.

Italked to that guy at the last MNRA event and that motor was dead stock when it ran 9.4's the list of mods were.
c4 automatic
injectors 55#
nitrous
solid axle
Kenne belle blower
and lots of tuning.

He told me for less than $6000 turn key he will get over 700 safe rwhp.

That's what I've heard as well. Tons of boost and a big shot of the sauce.

I have a new found respect for 03 Cobras after seeing one dyno 519 rwhp and 494 tq on a Mustang dyno w/ our F-body group. He had P&P blower, smaller pulley, and headers. Granted, extreme heads/cam LS1's are doing that now N/A, but it's still impressive.

I have NEVER seen an LS1 HCI car dyno 519RWHP on a stang dyno and certainly not 494RWTQ on ANY dyno (dynonet or eddy current)

That would probably be 540-550RWHP on a dynojet and over 500RWTQ That is superstroker territory.

That's the Strictly Performance car. I saw a big write up on it about 3 months ago. I think it was in MM&FF. Totally bad *** car.

it would take a full out race solid roller super stroker 25-30K dollar lsx motor to make that kind of power on motor! lol

Was this at Livernois a few weeks ago? If so, I was there and I saw that car put down the numbers you're talking about...

well uhhhhh yeah it would take a super stroker to make 500+ rwhp....... but it WOULD be doing it UNBOOSTED! Hell 500 hp can easily be done with a 4.3 v6 chevy with a blower.

But anyways........ I don't dislike the 03 cobra's..... i just don't like when people hail to these cars b/c they make lots of power...... like I said anything will make gobs of power with enough boost

The motors in these cars is outstanding guys. The car itself leaves a lot to be desired, but you can't argue with the power. The X2C Motorsports car is sick too...T88 and 800+rwhp on a stock motor.
