Does anybody knows where to get motorplates for funny car chassis?

That's the thing, none of those plates fits without modification, because motor plates sitting at the tube frame.

I think if you're building a funny car, you shouldn't be worried about modifying a motor plate.

Make your own, you're going to have to modify one anyways. I made my own so that I could put the engine at the same height as the mid plate. All you need is a timing cover and a water pump gasket and you can make one fairly easily that will work for your application. Try to keep as much as you can around the water pump holes, don't want them to leak on you.

I was just wondering if omody sels them of the shelve, becouse I have another 100 things to do, but seems that it will go to my "to do" list.

Try S & W Race Cars. They make motorplates for most applications. They also build funny cars, so I will bet that they can hook you up.
