It was dark last night but from what we could see the oil pan was fine. We're going to put it on the rack tonight and see what the headers and Kmember look like. So far all we can see is, we lost one inner fender, the fans fell off of the radiator, and lost one pair of Fruit of the Looms.

pinion angle means alot in that wheel stand, been there done that. Now mine just goes about 6" max and low 1.3x consistanly. Travel limiters helps 100% and shocks needs to be at 8 on the frt.

Brady has it at his house and after getting off the phone with him, it looks like more broken parts. The manual rack ended up into the oil pan, headers are toast, if he calls again I think I'm not going to answer the phone.... The wheelies are getting expensive.

I have a couple of questions.. I'd like to learn a little and perhaps avoid a drastic mistake.

It looks like your front end was sitting low from the start. Was it perhaps riding to low?

What front shocks where you running? Think a stiffer compression shock would have helped?

Also, where you on the gas as the car was coming down?

The wheelies sure do look nice but I'm not ready to even attempt one at the risk of crashing countless hours/$$$ I have in my front end.

Madman's stuff works...and works VERY WELL....whatcha need to do is call Brian and let him know what the car is doing and he'll give you a starting place w/the TA settings that will probably not give you the 60' you want, but will stop the wheelies and you can start adjusting the TA one setting at a time till you get the 60' u want and not have the wheelies. He did it w/me when we went out to Sealy here in Houston several times...very good guy I can't say enough about him.

Thanks for the info.

It's easy to pause the video and say this should have happened or that shouldn't have happened but in the actual event there is no time for any of that.. and great point about the wall.. I too would be worried about it.

Good luck with the repairs.. At least you got a video of it.
