I'd set the car up with 3/4 " rake and go with the Mt pro radial around 20 pso and everything else the same as a starting point and see what happens.

stiffer rear shocks, 2nd on MT pro at 20 psi.
pinion angle is to much. there isn't that much defection in the torque arm that you need -2.5 degrees. I run about -.5 degrees. although I doubt that has anything to do with traction.

Should I raise front or lower the rear?

I'd pick a number like 2 or 3 from full loose but get the those tires then start tuning.

It doesn't really matter. It's a finer detail and can help a little bit. Whatever works for clearances.

Have you tried to bring in the nitrous earlier ?
It almost looks like the car is starting to settle down and that's when the juice hits upsetting the suspension ?

Have you tried raising the tire psi? My car would spin with 20psi or less and 23 or more. 21-22psi seemed to be the sweet spot on my car on drag radials.

I would think that your car would benefit from better shocks especially being that you are on a drag radial.

Do you have lower control arm relocation brackets? Your car sits low and if you can't adjust the control arms to compensate for your ride height that also be some of your problem.
