Well, it's not by much, but a new best is a new best. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Here's the story...
Previous best was a 1 year and a half ago. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> Geez, it's been a LONG time! Anyway, here was my time and mod list: Weather was ridiculously perfect at this time as well (cold, HIGH Baro, and low humidity).

12.065@112.28 w/a 1.620 60ft
Whisper MAF ends & Carbon Fiber Lid, WS6 Exhaust w/cutout, WS6 lower airbox, ASP UD Pulley, Vigilante 3200 TC, TransGo Shift Kit, MTI Ported TB, ET Streets, skinnies

12.25@111.74 w/a 1.753 60ft
Same mods w/out the skinnies on Nitto's

THEN a week after those times, I got in a car accident (messed up rear end, frame, alignment, etc) and the best I have been able to run since that is 12.29 (only once), but for the most part 12.3-12.4's on Nitto's with high 1.6 60's. However, I had to add the following to get there:

BMR adjustable LCA's, !front swaybar, Spohn panhard bar, front Hals, SLP y-pipe,HPP3, & LS6 intake.

Monday, I had Speed Inc. install TTS LTs & y-pipe, rear shocks, and tune it. They told me to try running with the cutout closed since I made about 5 more HP that way than with it open. Ran the car last night at GLD and here is how I did. All these passes are on Nitto's at 16psi...

Temp- High 40s; Humidity - 96-100%; Baro - 30.15

60-----1/8MPH----1/4-----MPH
1.847 89.02 12.399@111.0 -> spun; cutout closed
1.686 89.34 12.154@111.23 -> cutout closed
The car felt weak for both runs, so I ran with an open cutout for the rest of them.

Dom - when I ran the skinnies, I was also running ET streets on 15" Weld Pro Stars. The 12.25 was on Nitto's with chrome 16" stock rims all the way around. So the .2 was not from just skinnies alone.

Leo- "Pesky" is exactly right. Ran again at GLD last night. 12.07 & 12.05 both on 1.64 60's. LOL!

Tony - I am gonna wait on any more changes till after the thunder shootout (I don't have a cage and want to make sure I stay legal). However, my only plan, as of now, is to up the convertor to a Yank TP4400. Maybe a little more gear too.
