Default Which combo would launch better?

All things being equal, and price not a factor, which would launch better:
1. Stock torque arm and QA1 (Hals) Rs front QA1 back
2. Stock DeCarbons and Spohn Torque Arm

I just cannot decide which would be a better mod for me next. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you are basically stock, get the shocks first.

I would still vote for the shocks first.

If you were to be on slicks, I'd say the TQ arm ... since you mentioned DRs, I would say the HALs. The TQ arm will hit harder off of the line than the shocks would, but if you can't hook up, those decarbons won't help much with weight transfer. What do you run now: ET and 60'?

I'd say get the torque arm first, cuz both bfg's and et streets hook pretty hard, and i'd be leary about the stock torque arm bein in there, they've been known to break, at least you don't really have to worry about the shocks breaking, ya know!

Definitely shocks.....the stock TA is pretty stout down to low 11's minimum. Plus, you need all the weight transfer you can get on DR's. The shocks will help you there a ton.

shocks. you are an A4 car, that stock Tq arm will live through alot, even on a sticky tire. get the shocks and worry about the tq arm next.

Damn, I guess I was just bein safe, i'd hate to see the guy buy the shocks and then bust the stock t/a and not have the money to fix it. I kind of replaced a lot of the weak link **** first, so that I wouldn't break, cuz she was a daily driver for a while there.
