28x10 QTP’s on Bogart’s fit?
Will a 28 x 11.5 QTP’s Pro (actual size 28 x 10) on 15 x 9.75 Bogart fit under my TA ?
I have already rolled the fender lip just a little.
The car sites about 1” lower in the rear than stock. (27 1/4” from the ground to the fender lip with QTP's 26 x 11.5 (actual 26.4 x 10) on it now.
Thanks Man

i just tried to mount my 325/50/15's today on my 15x11 w/6.5"b.s. wheels and there was more clearance issues than i ever thought possible. asside from where the bump stop mount is which is the usual problem area, but also the inner fender wells on both sides and the phb mount on the passenger side. what a pita!!!! so now i have to take it to W2W and have the chassis work done much sooner than i had planned........not that i'm complaining! gonna get it mini tubbed while it's there.

28 ET streets fit easier then a 28 Hoosier. The Hoosier is slightly larger. The bumpstop may need massaged a bit or just removed for simplicity (and weight....actually that double walled area is VERY heavy...hint hint).
The issue is not how it fits under the car with the fender lips, the issue is near the lower fender. (think of the area where you'd have a mud flap on the fender). This is the tight area. The profile of the fender area looks like a horseshoe.
You'll also want to raise the car back up...the larger tire will fill the fender well anyways so it will look like you lowered your car anyways.
Dave,
Sorry to hear about your fitment...that's a big tire your stuffing under there...you'll get it to fit...removing that extra inner material in the end is a very good thing...you'll see.

27's fit much easier if your too concerned about fitment...you may want to try that route first...tires arne't that expensive, they are expendable so start smaller and work up as you go if there is any doubt on your end.

One trick you can use is to drill a small hole in your t/a's rear ground effects, and run a wire from there to maybe the bumper support. Then you can pull the gfx back a bit and create some more room without cutting it.
A true 28x10.5 slick will require clearancing, you need to hammer in the fender well in the area that is where the back seat armrests are. You will see.
Now 27's fit great like Steve said.
28x9's/28x11.5 et streets fit pretty good too.

I"m not saying it will fit perfect. It will fit easier then a hoosier 28. Adj. LCA's as well as an adj PHR will help center the wheel which is a very good idea to consider.
We do manufacture them if you need a set. Call me or e-mail me for additional help:-)

Guys, thanks for all the good info.
The Bogarts back spacing is perfect. My 26 x 11.5 fit great.
I am thinking of the 27 or 28 QTP. Witch is only 1.6" larger. I agree that the 27" would be a no brainier for fit.
I have adjustable LCA and PHR.
Pro Stock John, great ideal, I already push out the rear plastic to fair in with the tires.
The tight spot is the front inside wheel well area near the floor. Looks like a large hammer might fix it.
