Default does any other tq arm even compare to the jegs one all around?

i mean, every tq arm im looking at wont fit with this exhuast or this exhuast or mid lenghts or longtubes.. and i dont see how that really affects it.. regardless.. for a slow cam only car.. or a bolton car.. or just ur streetable not full drag race suspension car does anything even compare to the 304$ adj jegs tunnel mount arm?

unless anyone can proove something does ill be odering mine very soon.. this conclusion was came about after reading many happy owners.. for someone with the stock tq arm, this looks like the best option for the low budget street car, looking for ease of install, and not wanting to buy another tq arm or exhaust setup cuz one doesn't work with the other ect ect...... looks like it would work with any trans/rear ect as well... about the cheapest none trans mounted ive seen

just thought id give it one last shot at finding out something bad about it before i ordered thanks!

Diggler runs that TA, Russ has that style too (MAC). Get the adjustable one.
The only 'thing' about it is that it requires you to mount a plate to the trans tunnel area, you will have to remove seats/carpet/console to get to the area where the holes have to be drilled. But it seems to be working real well for his car.

What exhaust are you running? Not sure why a Spohn set up would not work but have not seen your exhaust to know. (let me know if you are interested in the Spohn set up)

I have the Spohn Adj. Tunnel Mount TA on my car...no problems at all. Cleared exhaust and longtubes with ease and it does its job well!

The jegs one is a nice piece.. but mine couldn't take 1.3 60's. It bent in half and dented my tunnel.

Since then I went to an alston torque arm which is very similar to the jegs but has an extra support brace between the two bars..

I've tested it to 1.2 60's and 300' wheel stands.

I had small support bars welded into my MAC torque arm so it doesn't bend like magnus's......

I have pics somewhere....

I have a random tech and a BMR crossmember that relocates it off the trans. Just as much room as stock, quiet as stock, no ground clearance or exhaust issues, and a 1.324 60' on 10.5x28 ET drags with a 3300lb car isnt too bad

More expensive then a jegs or whatever but if you pick a used BMR/Spohn or random tech stock replacement arm and a new crossmemebr its not bad. I'm not a fan of those short arms but a lot of people like them..

I'm also a fan of the longer torque arm, but I couldn't really found a stout setup (didn't think of something like what you have)

I like my Jegster non-adjustable. It's gone a bunch of 1.9's ( street tires ), and quite a few 1.6's with the converter and drag radials. It helped out alot with the 60' time. I dropped from consistent 2.1's to consistent 1.9's on street tires before the stall just from switching to this torque arm. This is on stock shocks and springs, btw.

I haven't gotten as extreme as these other guys yet, but I expect it'll hold up to quite some abuse. It's bolted through, and has two inch sections welded along the bottom as a little extra insurance.

I got mine for $175 used, and the guy that sold it to me helped me install it.

I wanna go this route but what are you doing for a driveshaft loop on the relocated TAs?

I use a lakewood bolt on loop, depends on your exhaust, you can bolt a universal to the floor as well..

I am running the same setup as well with the BMR relocated TA crossmember and Lakewood loop. I have a 3" x-pipe for the exhaust though.
