Question Tire size on a A4 on nitrous

I'm sure somone has asked this before, and I would do a search if I could narrow it down so that 5 pages of threads wouldn't appear.

What size tire would you recommend on a A4 car with a 4000 stall G5X2 cam on a 175 shot out of the hole, shifting at 6600-6700 RPMs?

I have MT ET streets 26" and I have MT ET Drag's 28". If I don't need the ET Drags they are going up for sale.

I vote for the 28's . But you can try the 26's and if you like them ...use them. But I think you would be safer with the 28's.

Thanks for the reply, Mac. I was hoping (and I am pretty sure) there are guys who have ran both, or would know 100% as far as which tire I should run. I guess my best bet is to run both, and see what happens... which is a pain in the ***.

with 28" tire and a 3.7 gear trapping 135 im at 6500 rpm and my converter is alot tighter than yours. I would think you would tach out at 126 to 128 with the 26" IMHO
you didnt state your trap speed goals

I really don't have a trap speed goal. The only goal I have is to run 10.4 or better.
