Very nice setup, I think I just found a new project. What is that PVC? And where did you get the nice rubber connectors?

Thanks guys. Yes it is 4" PVC sewer pipe painted black for the 45 degree elbows. Everything from home depot.

My brother made the Y pipe from 24 gauge steel and soldered it together.

It is a vast improvement from what I had last year when I necked down to 3" to clear the hood. This year I modified the radiator for clearance.

I was going to make a big gulp but we are just way too busy and I don't have the time. This will work well for this year.

Filter? I don't need no stinkin' filter It's a race car.

Make sure no small children are around the front when you start it.

You should change your screen name to "Tom the Plumber". hehe
Looks good. I know you can't compress water (hydrolock), I wonder how well small birds and mammals compress?

Tom always willing to go that extra mile to show his work. Great job man. Have you thought having the pieces pulled and replicated in aluminum tubing for less weight, or not to worried about it for one season?

I was Tom the plumber last week lol This week I'm Tom the electrician.

The car IS NOT street driven. The car NEVER sees rain. As for animals, our track only has white tail deer

Thanks CAT3 I'm not worried about it for this year. That is a good idea though.

The ram air is functional and who will see it at 140 + mph

You'll definitely feel it on the last half of the 1/4 mile.
