Default How to fix a slick with a hole?

Went of to race for the weekend and found my car with a flat tire the next morning

Turns out the ET street has a small hole from who knows what.

Are these tires repairable? If so how? Patch on the insde? Goop?

I would throw it away, it's not worth losing a car or a LIFE over.

Actually the writting on the tire states to use a tube. I don't have any in them though.

My understanding was that most people do run tubes. From what I have heard it keeps the tire from spinning on the wheel also.

ET Drags are in the plan, but I don't know if I want to step up the gear and tire combo. I think I'm going to have to wait until I finish sorting out the chassis and suspension. I've already hit a 1.59, so it's there.

Damn, one more track day is all I wanted out of them!!

I was hoping to break into the 11's here in albuquerque
