pin on hood bracket pics
Took a while but it's finally done. Painting is almost done too.
Aluminum stock from Home Depot. Fender bracket holes cut oversize for adjustment. Front brackets held on with rivets and cowl brackets held on with nuts and bolts.

9.99 is the goal. Probably not this year though. I'll be down to around 3290 (raceweight) , this iron block is killin' me, hehe. I still have to do lightweight brakes but I'm starting to run out of things to take out or replace. Not gonna do glass beacause I still drive it on the street, you can't race in some of the events with lexan and I don't want to cut the car up. I think I can go bigger on the cam. Next time I buy a motor I'll be sure to use it for what it's built for. Running a nitrous built motor N/A is a bit challenging.

I'm in the same boat on that one, my motor was originally gonna go in one of eastside's race cars that was gonna be going thru 1/2 a 10 lb bottle per pass LOL.
I have a kit sitting here that I know will really liven it up, hell with the little 150 I'll hit it with the motor will laugh at me and ask where the other 2/3 of the nitrous is.
