This is generally the settings I used. Each car is different and you will have to go by trial and error until you find the sweet spot your car likes. Don't despair if at first you don't hook, just keep on trying. Also the track conditions come into play and each track is different.

I used the settings above today at the track and my first three sixty foots were 1.53 to 1.55. After that, the sixtys went away. I could have change the settings trying to get a better sixty but I left it the same because I was just having a good time.

1 or 2 in the front and 6 LR and 7 to 8 on the RR. I play around in this area.

start with 2 in the fronts and 5 in the rears. when you go less than 2 the front gets a little bouncy, stiffen up the rears according to how well the track is biting.

2 up front and the back is trial and error on that track and that day.
good to start at 6 LR and 7 RR and go from there. Also tire pressure plays a role.

I normally run 14 PSI in the 9 inch hoosiers slick I run. However, sometimes I adjust from 14 to 17, but generally just leave at 14. The 14 seems to work the best for me at the track.

I always ran 1 in both fronts and either 10/10 in the rear or 9/10. Good for high 1.3's to low 1.4's depending on the track.

Hmmm...

Tire size?
Raceweight?
QA1 R shocks or the other ones?

I'd say 2 in front, and 6 in back. If the car spins I'd go 1 in front. If the hooks well i'd try to get 7 in back later.

With a 150 shot, h/c, 3300 raceweight of the brake, 1 in front and car has CE shocks in back on the 50/50 setting so like 6, 28x10.5S at 12 psi, went 1.38 on a cold track. Car went 1.48 on motor. I can see a 1.3 if the track is working and your car is not like 3700 lbs.

clarification pls.

are these settings clicks from all the way out, loose (counter clockwise) as a start point or the other way, backing them out..

just thought it would be helpful.

Righty tighty, makes them stiffer.

You know you have them loose you can move the front end up and down with your arms.

@ 3500, I'd say a 1.40-1.45 unless you make big power.

You need someone to watch what the car does off the line.
