Default Anti-sway bar (Wolfe or...)

I am doing my suspension and have decided to go with the anti-sway bar like the wolfe. I was going to order the wolfe, but noticed it was $400 and I thought it was only $300, did anyone ever put on the competition engineering one that is just a fit all kind of piece or should the extra $200 be spent for the wolfe. Thanks

Check out that Competition Engineering bar. You might have to take it to a machine shop to have two holes drilled through the bar. You can't drill this hole with a drill motor. Have to use a mill. This is the way mine was on my Mustang. It is a good bar other than that.

Not trying to hi-jack your thread here, but I'm curious about something related to it..

How are the street manners of the car with NO rear body roll? Anybody ever had the back end sweep out on them unexpectedly on an on-ramp for the interstate or anything?

My buddy HackerJoe had I think the CE bar and the car pushed around corners and it was tight.

It was like my old 68 Chevelle with ladder bars.

It actually feels very good. Body roll is essentially non-existent. The ladder bar analogy was a pretty good one.

The drag sway bar concept is very basic, if its made of similar metals and strength properties, they all will perform well. One comment with the wolfe units is that in the past (not sure if they still are designed like this or not) but they were built with 3 inch axle tubes in mind. If you have a strange setup or other non 3 inch axle setups, you will need to do a small bit of work to correct the circumference differences of the axle welding points.

Be sure to have good welding points which are supported on the body well as you can rip off a support under load rather easily.

I have the Wolfe Racecraft, and it make the car very tight. But its excellent for racing.

My buddy Jeff went 1.37 60ft with his, and thier record I believe is a 1.28. Thats hooking kids!!!
