i like the aerospace brakes, they look realy nice. how much better do they work over stock. i just want a brak thats gonna handle heat and fast stoping power beacuse theres still a lil street racing i'll be doing but mostly track time. i was thinking of staying with 17's in the front for bigger brakes.. not much to choose for skinnies in that size tho.

If you get fronts get the strange kit, they come with more parts and replace the bearings and spindle, I hear they are a 50 pound savings over the stock setup.

As far as running 17" skinnies that's kind of funky looking, just get a set of 15's and keep your regular rims for street driving.

I would go with Strange all around... better quality kit than the Aerospace...

Strange is the best, we all know. The Aerospace's have had past failures of either locking or not working at all because the piston is not coated, do a search and Madman will tell you.

The front Strange brakes are worth a 35lb weight savings at most and the back are a little less. Be careful what you read and hear, especially about weights. People have some fucked up scales.

Some of the more hardcore people do, but it's up to you. They say if you're careful and don't lock them down all the time then you're ok, but that's just what I read.

I run strange fronts on the front. They are fine for the light race wheels but I owuld not put my stock front 17" heavy wheels and tires and go driving around town. I'd do it for ahort tirp if I had to but not as a matter of practice which pretty much no street duty.

yeh i prob would want to run them with my heavy zr1's around town or racing. i'll just run the stock set up maybe put better rotors and pads. i just like to know i can stop on the street good also if that late night street race comes about. i'm just gonna wait untill im ready and light enough for drag brakes.
