i left my nittos on last year, and by the first few miles the flat spots were gone (they were barely noticable). i left them on this year too, i need new ones come spring anyways.

I don't know about flat spots but my Mickey T's stuck to my garage floor. When I moved the car it tore two holes in the tile that the previous owner had laid in the garage.

I leave mine on, but M/T for the most part does tell you to elevate the rear to jack-stands to not flat-spot or put undue stress on the sidewalls of their tires to make them last longer. I don't have a winter season, so my radials stay on the ground 24/7.

Mine sits on jackstands over the winter. I am always changing something during the winter months so I just leave it on stands.

Bite me! Our Season does not start till Feb IF the rain lets it and is over by Oct at the latest

As many have already said get them up off the floor on Jack stands

Over the years ive had cars with different DR such as Nittos BFG and now M/T ET street radials, left inside the garage and out in the element before the garage, I never noticed much of a difference.

Like the others say, if your in doubt put it on stands.

Ouch....Yes we suck up here....... On a very small note...we do get better DA's (below a 1000) in the spring time then it's back up to 1750-2500 in the summer...
