Thanks for the kind words everyone I just got home from work. I'm heading to my buddy Burt's shop and get a tap and die set. Need to do some custom fab on the throttle body. I have a list as long as my arm with little stuff to finish up. I'm going to take off work tomorrow and work on the car all day and it WILL be ready for tnt on thursday.
Dave, Thanks for the help. It was great hooking up with you and your son Steven. You guys are great. Thanks to Blane too. You da man Blain. BTW I missed 2nd gear Next time we race trucks, lets be hauling cars and we'll see who's boss. I bought a coolant sensor.
Thanks Y2K, I hope to be taking names for sure.
Terry, I hope to see you at PRP Thursday. I hope it doesn't rain.
Thanks Nine Ball, It sure is great news. It was a long wait. I Think the motor will stay together just fine. It's a good motor.
Hey Shean, WHO's YOUR DADDY? It's still on the windshield lol. Man, I'll bring the 100% agave and the lemons for sure. Thanks for a great job. All the reinforcement welded on the chassie needed to be done. Awesome weld job man. Your crew is top notch. Thanks for everything Shean.
Thanks Chris and Fireball. YES I will be at Cecil in the fall. Gotta get a good number.
Thanks Terry. The new set up is a 421 CI iron block. Built for N/A. Good durable bracket racing engine. That's what I wanted. It should run mid 10's I think I'm happy. Good luck with your new set up.
