Next weekend I'll be at a two day race at Brainerd.

I guess Sundays are better for real test and tuning but on Friday nights they have a Quick 8 for Street Cars (tag, insurance, lights, etc...) which is real racing. It's like bring a big shoe and see how much *** you can kick.

I raced every weekend in March and April sometimes both days...would be racing now, but got the heads off it for lil more work..Plus that thunder race I wouldnt want to come down without the guns loaded...I'm gonna pop that 9.72 in the heat before thunder even gets here

Bracket racing at RT66 this sat.missed the last 2 races due to the spider gears missing a few teeth.

I'll be fixing my car this weekend from the last time I tried to go racing. LOL

Doing a leakdown on Sunday and then yanking the heads and adding new headgaskets, studs and putting her back together.

Now I understand why it's so quite in this section in the summer. If you're a timeslipper with the weather like it is you don't have alot to talk about. I managed to bring a little money home but my car would not pull a greasy string out of your butt. DA was 1600 with 100% humidity.
From 1/2 track on things got really interesting on every pass.

Anyway I had a great time and we'll see how things go tonight.
